Well waddya do on a grey, slushy, snowy, rainy, freezing cold January day eh?

You go to Curradine Barns of course! It's all cosy there :D There's food, drink. real magics. music, more food, comfy sofas, flowers, cake, me! What more do you need?

Curradine hold regular tasting days and evenings throughout the year as an opportunity for all their lucky couples to have a good go at the amazing menu from Galloping Gourmet (and wine!) and to make their final decisions when it comes to feeding their wedding guests. Canapes, welcome drinks, wine for the table, beers, gin, the whole shebang. Nice eh? And it's a chance too for some of us wedding suppliers to pop along and in my case, snap away whilst no-one's looking.

Since I was last there in the autumn, the 'Barns have done some clever remodelling inside to accomodate a new bar, creating another cosy area to kick off your shoes and nap off your massive dinner on a comfy sofa. The bar also now opens up in the Old Granary Barn so no need to leave the dancing to get yourself a pint and bag of scratchings. Mint!

And as if that wasn't enough 'new' they've only gone and installed their own bespoke photo booth upstairs! It's not quite finished yet, so I didn't take any pics (it's waiting for its curtain) but I can foresee much bridesmaid fun on wedding mornings with it, before any of the guests even have a chance :D
