Daisy and Orlin at Gorcott Hall
Ooh, this wedding was bloomin' ace! So much brightness, prettiness and wonderful floral colour for Daisy and Orlin's day :)
The wedding ceremony was held at the beautiful little St. Leonard's Church in Beoley, Worcestershire with celebrations to follow at nearby Gorcott Hall. It's a hidden gem of a venue that's very easy to fall in love with - the house itself is scrumptious and the barn, a wonderful space for eating, drinking, dancing and weddinging!
Cali the Camper Van was there to transport our bride to the church, and then our newlyweds to Gorcott :) She's a beauty!
Lucky as we were to avoid all the forecast rain until much later in the evening, we made the most of the gardens, albeit under cloudy skies, pretending we knew how to play croquet (street rules). A Ceilidh band in the evening got everybody on the dance floor, do-si-do-ing and swinging their partners like nobody's business, prepping the guests for Orlin's 'playlist' (according to Daisy, the air quotes are obligatory) to finish off the night. Not gonna lie, a playlist with Everything is Awesome from the Lego Movie has got to be brilliant, amiright?! :D
Anyway, I must get Daisy to remind me of the name of her hairstylist and MUA as although they gave me a business card, I lost it like, immediately (sorry!! This is why I can't have nice things)
The bouquets and floral arrangements were made by Daisy and her clever Mum and brought together the whole look for the day. Colours used so well are always a joy to photograph and the theme worked just perfectly.
Right. That's enough blog-waffle - sneak peak pics....!
