Eloise and Rebekah at Curradine Barns
Woohoo! Two weddings in a day? Surely it can’t be done! Only through superhuman event planning abilities can such a task be achieved…
It can and they did and I took pictures to prove it :)
It was very important to Eloise and Rebekah that their faith and church were represented at their wedding, so they had an intimate and beautiful registrar-led ceremony in the morning followed by a BIG and beautiful church-led ceremony in the afternoon with a costume change for Rebekah. This way, E&R were able to have their marriage blessed, attended and celebrated by members of their church and for them, that was fundamental.
Sweet Ginger Flowers did a fabulous job with the clean and elegant floral palatte and I’m always a sucker for a black and white wedding with a delicious splash of green (shout out to Eloise’s scrummy 3 piece suit). It was the perfect feeling of autumn-has-a-sniff-at-incoming-festive-season and I’m 100% here for it, particularly at Curradine which I’ve always felt just sings in the autumn and winter months. Also, it was really bloody cold outside so glad of a cosy venue! :D Our couple’s love for musicals flavoured the day with Wicked being their all-time favourite and clever bridesmaid Jayne knocked up some class photobooth accessories.
We had sunshine when none was forecast, and rain when it was, so feeling like a winner on all (weather) fronts. November eh?
Here’s a gert big sneak peek of E&R’s day…
