Harri and Rich at Old Down Estate

Leaping into March like…

A Leap Day wedding. A Storm called Jorge. A dog called Genghis. A pint sized pony who knows what’s what. Welcome to yesterday’s incredible day at Old Down Estate near Brizzle.

I met Harri over a year ago when I shot a ‘Naked Vets’ charity calendar to raise money for a colleague undergoing breast cancer treatment. It was just lovely bumping into so many faces I recognised yesterday from the shoot (but with their clothes ON this time)

Harri and Genghis

It seemed a logical step then for me to photograph a fully clothed Harri and Rich on their wedding day…

My first time at this fabulous venue and despite the stormy winds, rain, snow and hail, those views across to the Severn Bridge are just as astounding as in the sunshine (we even had a bit of that too)

Big thank yous to all the lovely staff as well as Phil of Celebration Roadshow with his MC and DJ skills for making everything so relaxed and fun :)

Here as always is a massive sneak peek at Harri and Rich’s day:

Flowers: Etsy but not sure by whom. They were paper bouquets made from Harry Potter books!

Harri’s Mum arranged all the incidental florals because she’s brilliant.
